At Bedaar, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered under a 36 Months Warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal usage conditions, specifically:

  • Zippers: If the zipper becomes non-functional due to material or manufacturing defects.
  • Hooks: Replacement or repair of broken hooks caused by normal usage.
  • Strap Adjusters: If the plastic strap adjuster breaks under regular wear and tear.
  • Stitching: If the bag becomes unstitched at any seam or joint due to manufacturing flaws.
  • Fabric Tears: If the bag fabric tears under normal usage and is not caused by external factors like cuts or burns.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Cuts: Any damage resulting from sharp objects, blades, or other cutting tools.
  • Burns: Damage caused by exposure to flames, excessive heat, or chemicals that result in burns or melting of the material.
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or aesthetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the bag.

3. Additional Conditions

  • The warranty is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase and applies only to the original owner of the bag.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required to claim the warranty.
  • Repairs or replacements under warranty will be carried out at no additional cost. However, if a repair is needed outside the scope of the warranty, we will provide a quote before proceeding.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your product, follow these steps:

  2. Provide the following details:
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Clear photos showing the problem area.
    • Proof of purchase.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the process to ensure your issue is resolved promptly and efficiently.

5. Warranty Resolution

Once your claim is approved, we will take the following steps based on the issue:

  • Repair the product, if possible.
  • Replace the product with the same or similar item.
  • Offer a store credit or refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
